Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend is a Good every day wine. It opens with a mild pomegranate bouquet with a hint of plum. On the palate, this medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild oak infused plum with notes of black currant and a hint of black cherry. The finish is dry and its mild gentle tannins are friendly. This wine would be a nice glass pour option to serve with a juicy burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense ruby red in color. Fragrant bouquet, with dark fruit and oral nuances. Medium bodied, with black cherry and tart plum flavors and hints of spice. Ideal with a wide range of dishes such as roasts, game, pastas, and cheese.
