Wine Review: I have a friend Fred, who likes to cook and really enjoys affordable food friendly white wines like this one. It is almost clear colored shows just a tingle of gold. It opens with a mild grass and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and crisp. The flavor profile is a light lime and gentle grapefruit blend. The finish is dry and refreshing. This pleasant everyday offering would be perfect with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant yellow in color, this sophisticated white cuvee offers alluring aromas of pear, apricot, and lime, with a hint of herbs. Lush flavors on the palate supported by crisp acidity. Ideal with white meats, grilled poultry, and entree salads. Perfect also as an aperitif.
