Wine Review: This orangish pink colored Rose from Balletto opens with a mild peach and orange like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, round and almost creamy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with faint hints of red raspberry. The finish is dry and its refreshing acidity comes out more towards the end. This Rose would hold up with richer food. I was thinking a lobster ravioli with a light tomato vodka sauce. Enjoy - Ken
