Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a lemon bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is golden apple and caramel blend with notes of lemon and oak. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors show nice length. This very flavorful Chardonnay would be fine to sip on its own. You could also pair it with lobster bisque. Enjoy – Ken (SIP Certified)
