Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chenin Blanc based blend from South Africa opens with a funky pear and match stick like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty light lemon and green apple blend with hints of almond and chamomile tea. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with wine with veal picatta or a seafood and mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This beguiling white blend entices with luscious nectarine, pear and melon flavors, backed by alluring hints of lemongrass and ginger spice, seamlessly interwoven with exotic floral notes. The wine possesses tremendous fruit concentration, with vibrant acidity and a savory, saline-tinged finish keeping it fresh and focused.
