Wine Review: This ruby colored Italian red opens with an attractive and fragrant ripe black cherry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a very tasty blueberry and black cherry blend with nicely integrated old oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are slightly prolonged. I would pair this friendly wine with eggplant parmigianna. Enjoy – Ken
