Wine Review: This lush Chardonnay from Burgundy, France is a medium yellow color and has mild green and red apple aromas, along with some light lemon-lime, white floral and chalk dust notes. On the palate it is bright with medium+ acidity, has a slightly round and creamy mouthfeel, and is medium bodied and a bit austere. There are flavors of green apple, white peach, tart lemon-lime and gentle minerality. The finish is clean and refreshing with a slight nutty note. Pair with a hot Croque Monsieur sandwich. - Mark
