Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling kicked off our first big blind tasting. I was well received by the entire panel. It opens with a faint pear and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly sweet and balanced. The flavor profile is a ripe apple with notes of mild minerality. We also detected a touch of ginger, lemon and white pepper. The finish is off-dry and rather refreshing. The panel suggested pairing this tasty Riesling with a seafood casserole or with fig spread and Great Hill blue cheese appetizer on a fresh baked baguette. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our every day sip wine is fruity, mineral and well balanced. Typical flavours of exotic fruits, aromatic apples & peaches. Well structured and delightful as well. In the mouth, the exchange of slate fruit and minerals are positively shimmering – very delicate and refreshing on the palate.
