Wine Review: This cloudy yellow colored Chard opens with a Bosc pear bouquet with a hint of gentle oak. In the mouth, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, and has a very nice palate presence. It flavor profile is a tasty Clementine with a hint of lime with notes of light oak in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, nicely refined, and lingers. The group thought this would pair well with a light white fish like Dover sole with a lemon butter drizzle. Enjoy – Ken
