Wine Review: We enjoyed this terrific Chard with good friends recently. It was pale yellow colored and slightly cloudy. It likely was unfiltered. It opens with a light lemon bouquet with a hint tangerine and peach. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and extremely well balanced. The flavor is a delicious light oak and green apple blend with a hint of stony minerals. The finish is dry and very enjoyable. We could and did drink this gem all night long. The consensus was it would pair very well with chicken picatta. Enjoy – Ken
