Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Gris based wine opens with a ginger ale and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well-balanced and delicate. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and honeydew melon blend with notes of light lemon and almond. The finish is dry and its flavors gently drift away. This wine would pair well with baked Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A refreshing, dry, blended white with citrus lemon/lime notes, flinty minerality, and crisp finish. It is richer than most light whites, yet so easy drinking! Great summer sippin' or match with shellfish, roast chicken, turkey or duck.
