Wine Review: This stunning light-yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a ripe pear and pineapple bouquet with hints of peach and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, super smooth and well-balanced. The flavor profile is a delicious pineapple and toasted oak blend with notes Bartlett pear and butter cream. I also detected hints of orange, spice and banana in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and drift away nicely. This Chardonnay is impressive on it own. With food it would pair well with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
