Wine Review: This pale garnet colored Pinot Noir opens with a forest floor and cinnamon bouquet with a hints of vanilla, red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is loamy earth and tart red plum blend with notes pomegranate and cinnamon. We also detected some hints of mild minerality and light black tea mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Pinot with charcuterie platter or a mushroom ravioli. Enjoy – KWGTP
