Wine Review: This brick red colored Pinot Noir from Au Bon Climat was well received by all that tried it. It opens with a raspberry and cedar like bouquet with a hint of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tart cherry and red plum with notes of cola and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins stick around for a bit. This Pinot has an old school twist to it. I would pair it with coq au vin. Enjoy – Ken
