Wine Review: This dry-styled Riesling from Atwater is a brilliant pale straw colored and opens with a stone dust and Anjou pear skin bouquet with hints of hay and Quisp cereal. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild quince and light iced tea blend with notes of lemon. We also detected hints of lime zest. The finish is dry, and its acidity fades away nicely. We would pair this Riesling with fish and chips. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Notes of melon and citrus fruit appear on the nose of our Dry Riesling 2022. 25% of the grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral French oak for 8 months on lees, adding texture to the palate alongside flavors of pear and green apple. Pair with Thai salad, or duck.
