Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley opens with fragrant green melon and gentle lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused green melon and lime blend with hints of tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with baby shrimp scampi and angel hair pasta. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is lively, and bright with aromas of citrus blossom, grapefruit and lemongrass. Its intense flavor bursts with refreshing fruit on the palate. White peach, grapefruit, and tropical fruit notes are followed by balanced minerality that is complemented by a long, rich finish. Enjoy with oysters, shrimp scampi, grilled fish or even fried chicken. It is also great on its own with friends and family. Cheers!
