Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Arrowood opens with an apple and mild new oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, easy going and friendly. The flavor profile is a gentle new oak influenced apple with hints of butter and clementine. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chardonnay is very food friendly and would pair with many foods. I would pair it with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with light a light cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Chardonnay has tropical aromatics with notes of citrus, creme brulee and integrated oak. It has a round, lush mouthfeel with balanced acidity and a long finish of orange peel, tangerine and toasted almond.
