Wine Review: This pale straw colored Viognier opens with a mild apricot jam bouquet with a hint of lychee. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused apricot with notes of honey and peach. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. This Viognier would pair nicely with a rosemary and fig chicken dish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2012 Viognier has vibrant floral aromatics with notes of honeysuckle and peach. It is rich and round with layers of red apple and citrus. It finishes with orange peel and bright citrus blossom.
