Wine Review: This gold-colored Chenin Blanc opens with a honey and golden delicious apple bouquet with a hint of pineapple and butter cream. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and viscous, but bright. The flavor profile is chamomile and under ripe quince blend with notes of green apple. We also detected hints of honey, ginger and Grand Mainer in the mix. The finish is dry and lingers for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chenin Blanc with trout almondine or a poached sea bass. Enjoy - KWGTP
