Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spanish white wine is delightful and a great value. It opens with a floral and Bosc pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty Bosc pear with notes of gentle minerality and light lime. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bracing aromas of orange zest, quinine, ginger and chalky minerals Juicy, dry and focused, offering lively citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a touch of white pepper. Fleshes out on the clinging finish, which echoes the gingery note.
