Wine Review: This light yellow colored Vermentino is consistently a very good value wine. It opens with a pleasant floral and lemon bouquet with hints of lychee. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced and bright. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple with notes of mild minerality. I also detected a hint of Anjou pear and a touch of peach. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle acidity fade away nicely. This pleasant wine white would pair well with grilled Dover sole. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Lemon-green in color, delicate aromas of citrus and tree fruits complement undertones of tropical fruits and honey. On the palate, the wine shows a delightfully zesty acidity, which makes it both food-friendly and crowd-pleasing. Pair this wine with pasta primavera and shrimp cocktails.
