Wine Review: This deep dark purple blend is an easy drinking fruit bomb. It has a smoky blackberry, fig, clove, tobacco and black pepper bouquet. It is medium plus bodied, dry and quite smooth. It displays concentrated blackberry, blueberry, milk chocolate, vanilla and warm spice flavors. It closes with gentle tannins on a lingering finish. This would be a fun wine to share at a cocktail party or tailgate party. - Mark.
Winemaker Notes: Apothic Red leaves a lasting impression of flavor and texture on the palate. Zinfandel offers bold dark fruit flavors and spicy notes, complemented by the soft mouthfeel of Merlot. The Syrah adds layers of smooth blueberry, while the Cabernet Sauvignon delivers ripe fruit flavors and a firm structure. This decadent blend is framed by hints of black cherry, vanilla, and mocha.
