Wine Review: A light, lively, and fruity bouquet with apricots, melons, pineapples and floral notes. On the mouth, this wine is smooth and syrupy with apricots, raisins and light acidity. The combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio & Riesling provides a surprising nice balance that exhibits the characteristics of a light dessert style wine. The finish is smooth and is slightly acidic and dry. I would serve this wine slightly chilled with an assorted cheese board. Enjoy - Joe
Winemaker Notes: Riesling lends Apothic White its floral notes and firm acidity. Chardonnay adds texture and body, while Pinot Grigio contributes refreshing flavors of peach and apricot leading to a crisp, balanced finish.
