Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a funky scallion, lemon, and passionfruit bouquet with hints of bee’s wax. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is lemon, pineapple, and green apple blend with notes of clover honey. I also detected hints of oak and pink grapefruit. The finish is rather dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked walleye with lemon butter. Enjoy - KWGTP
