Wine Review: This light peach colored wine opens with a tangerine and watermelon bouquet with a hint of Maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused lime and tangerine blend with a hint of herbs. The finish is dry and refreshing. This would pair perfectly with Rick’s jumbo shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
