Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with mild grapefruit and lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, displays lively acidity and is crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with hints of lime and green melon. The finish is rather dry and very refreshing. This offering is a nice summer wine and would be nice by the pool this summer with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw-yellow in color with complex aromas of banana, orange blossoms and rose. This well-balanced wine is smooth and pleasant to drink, with good body and a soft, lingering finish.
