Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Moulin a Vent from the 2020 vintage opens with a black cherry and walnut bouquet with hints of black currant and black coffee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty blackberry and black currant blend with notes of black tea and Brazil nut. We also detected hints of stony dust and oak. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins linger and last for a very long time. This wine would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
