Wine Review: This deep yellowish gold colored Chardonnay opens with a cantaloupe and pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon and mango. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and supple. The flavor profile is a pineapple upside down cake and cantaloupe blend notes of mango and banana. I also detected hints of coconut and butterscotch. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger nicely. This Chard would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken
