Wine Review: This dark red colored Grenache from Anarchy opens with a black raspberry and loam bouquet with hints of black pepper, cedar, and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, lively and refined. The flavor profile is black raspberry and black plum blend with notes of black pepper and chalky minerality. We also detected hints of black coffee, clove, and mocha. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and gentle dusty tannins linger and last for a while. We would pair this graceful Grenache with grilled salmon or coq au vin. Enjoy - KWGTP
