Wine Review: This slightly opaque and very dark ruby colored blend opens with a mild oak, strawberry and red plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and silky, yet juicy. The flavor profile is gentle strawberry and blueberry blend with notes of nicely integrated minerality, black cherry, spice and oak. The finish is dry and its mild well-managed tannins drift away nicely. This is a delicate and finesse wine for this producer. That said, it is very good. I would pair it with your favorite veal dish. Enjoy – KWGTP
