Wine Review: This ruby colored Syrah is a winner! It opens with a very inviting Dr. Pepper and dark chocolate bouquet with hints of plum. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a tasty milk chocolate and concentrated blueberry blend with notes of gentle oak. We also detected hints of stewed plum, cola and toasted marshmallow. The finish is dry and its flavors and well-managed soft tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Syrah with a butterflied leg of lamb or a New York strip steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: On the Nose: Deep strawberry and dark blueberry with hints of rose petal, spice and toasted cream. On the Palate: Big mouthfeel right off the bat on entry, Lush dark berry fruit. In layers of red and black woven into a gorgeous silken tannic structure laced with hints of spice and black pepper that sits deep in the background. Layers cascade into a lush creamy oak finish with lingering pepper notes. Dreamy
