Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a very inviting cherry-cola bouquet with hints of oak and tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe black cherry with notes of cedar and black raspberry. We also detected hints of cola and dark chocolate as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for a little while. The panel suggested pairing this tasty Cab with lamb kabobs or slow cooked beef brisket. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Dark fruit, candied cherries, smoke, spice, and muscular tannins. Can cellar for 20 years.
