Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Anakota opens with a mild oak and faint black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black currant with notes of black olive, faint black raspberry and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and its moderate dusty tannins linger for a little while. This Cab would pair well with the with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Complex red fruits, floral, coffee, minerality, and elegant tannins.
