Wine Review: This dark coral colored Rose from Anaba opens with an attractive mild Maraschino cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild strawberry and minerality blend with notes of Maraschino cherry and lime. The finish is dry and subtly drifts away. This Rose is a bit of a quaffer and will be a crowd pleaser at your summer bashes. I would serve it with a grilled bratwurst. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A soft rose petal fragrance is intertwined with aromas of peach, strawberry, wet stone and kiwi. This is delightfully crisp and fresh, delivering great structure and balanced acidity—the perfect complement to so many dishes or an excellent sipper on its own. The palate is fruity and dry with a Santa Rosa plum mouthfeel (sweet, tender and juicy with just the right amount of tartness).
