Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Blanc open with a floral lilac like bouquet with a hint of pear and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and shows some zippy acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime and golden delicious blend. The finish is dry and subtle with some mineral notes that linger. This wine is seafood friendly and would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine smells and tastes like a typical Alsatian style Pinot Blanc with flavors of ripe honeydew melon and lime zest accompanied by notes of flint and fresh cut hay. The mouth feel is soft and supple with bright acidity and a long finish. It is reminiscent of a stainless steel Chardonnay.
