Wine Review: This pale straw-colored sparkling wine from England opens with lots of busy bubbles. The bouquet features baked baguette and light lime aromas. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with fresh medium acidity. The flavor profile is brioche and lime blend with notes of minerality and green apple. We also detected hints of mushroom and walnut. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this sparkler with pan-fried trout, mushroom risotto, or crab cakes. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Classic Cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This Traditional Method Sparkling Wine has the crisp elegance of an English gentleman, with refined bubbles, a zesty zippiness of citrus, perfect balance, and a lingering finish. It's a wonderful aperitif: particularly good with canapés, seafood, and fish (especially sushi).
