Wine Review: This dry Torrontes based blend from Salta, Argentina is a brilliant straw color with an intensely perfumed bouquet of rose petals, white peach, jasmine, tangerine, white grapefruit and a hint of flint. On the palate, this wine is crisp, mouthwatering, fresh, and linear. It is medium-minus bodied with medium-plus acidity. There are flavors of white grapefruit, tangerine, lime zest, geranium, and saline with a hint of exotic spice. The tangy finish is mineral-driven and long. Serve chilled with grilled fish tacos. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Shiny gold very limpid color. Citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon skins dominate the nose. In the mouth, it is delicate and silky yet fresh and crisp with good acidity and a distinctive mineral note.
