Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Malbec opens with a blackberry and pomegranate bouquet with hints of coconut. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a blackberry and tobacco blend with notes of black tea and oak. I also detected hints of cherry and a black licorice. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity and moderate tannins are extended. I would pair this Malbec with Brazilian picanha steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant ruby color with violet edges. Strawberries, raspberries, and ripe fruit with touch of pepper and spices aromas and elegant floral notes. In mouth, flavors of red fruit, spice, and hints of vanilla from aging in French oak. Very nice freshness. Round, soft tannins lead to a delicate, lingering finish.
