Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant red raspberry and black plum bouquet with hints of faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black cherry with notes of faint oak and red plum. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot is not overly complex. However, it is very food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with eggplant parmigianna. Enjoy – Ken
