Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a green apple bouquet with a hint of vanilla oak and lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, delicate, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild lemon and green apple blend with very nicely infused mild old oak. The finish is dry and it drifts away nicely. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair well with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
