Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Napa Cabernet opens with a mild smoky oak and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry with notes of black raspberry and gentle oak. I also detected a touch of anise. The finish is dry and its mild fine tannins and flavors linger slightly. I would pair this Cab with beef satay. Enjoy – Ken
