Wine Review: This approachable Argentinian Cabernet Franc is a translucent medium ruby color, with bright aromas of red cherry, strawberry, leather, and garden soil. It is soft and delicate on the palate, with juicy medium acidity and medium body. I found it to be smooth, rustic, and savory. There are flavors of red plum, cranberry, green tea, and mild oak with notes of vanilla and dried herbs. It closes with round fine tannins in the dry, moderate length finish with a touch of warmth. Serve with a mushroom and Swiss pub burger. - Mark
