Wine Review: This deep red colored Malbec opens with an earthy blackberry and plum bouquet with notes of clove and licorice. On the palate, it is medium plus bodied, smooth, bold and juicy. I found it balanced with bright acidity. The flavor profile is blend of plum, blackberry, cherry and herbal notes. The slightly tart cherries carry through on the dry and racy finish. I would recommend pairing this Argentine Malbec with Indian lamb curry. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: Deep red color with ruby hues. Intense in nose, with ripe red fruit aroma, such as plum, and spices. It is round, silky and has great concentration in mouth. To be served slightly chilled between 59ºF and 61ºF. Paires well with red meat, preferably medium rare.
