Wine Review: This opaque and midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega opens with an inviting blackberry and violets bouquet with hints of blueberry and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, refined, and lush. The flavor profile is a mild blackberry and stone dust blend with notes of mild black tea and marionberry. We also detected hints of black cherry, mocha, and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and very dusty tannins linger and last for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
