Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega opens with a boysenberry and Spanish cedar bouquet with hints of violet, dark chocolate, and black currant. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, super smooth and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty cassis and cedar blend with notes of stone dust and pomegranate. We also detected hints of green tea and acai berry. The finish is dry, and its flavors and fine polished dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time. The Tasting Panel would pair this well-built Cab with an Asian spiced short rib or with an Italian briciole. Enjoy - KWGTP
