Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and blueberry bouquet with a hint of milk chocolate, violets, and cigar box. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, velvety, dense, and seamless. The flavor profile is a rich black currant, graphite and black cherry blend with notes blueberry and oak. Hints of oolong tea and clove. The finish is dry, and its well-managed dusty tannins are very nicely sustained. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP
