Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a toasty oak, vanilla, pear, and golden delicious apple bouquet with hints of spice and gentle pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with well-integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very smooth and lush. The flavor profile is delicious blend of pear, golden delicious apple, and oak along with notes of cantaloupe. We also detected hints of hazelnut, stony minerality, pineapple, and vanilla mixed in. It is very complex. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. The Panel would drink this Chard on its own or pair it with your favorite lobster dish. Enjoy – KWGTP
