Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and black cherry bouquet with a hint of espresso, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied and with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and balanced. The flavor profile is crushed stone minerality and red plum blend with notes of blackberry, black cherry, and oak. We also detected a hint of craisin. The finish is dry, and its medium dusty tannins build-up and linger for quite some time. The Panel would pair this Cab with New York strip steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
