Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega opens with a ripe black plum, black currant, thyme, and wet gravel bouquet with hints of green tea and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied and medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and bright for a Cab. The flavor profile is black plum and crushed stone blend with notes of black currant. We also detected hints of cocoa, nutmeg, and oak. The finish is dry, and its moderate dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. The Panel would pair this Cab with Brazilian steak or a Florentine steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
