Wine Review: This wild strawberry colored Rose from Napa Valley opens with a pretty red cherry and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slight acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a rich strawberry with notes of vanilla bean and red cherry. I also detected a bit of red plum and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This impressive Rose will be liked by all that try it. The winery is just about ready to release it.
